The savory in this blend aids in the digestion of beans and adds a fantastic thyme like herbal flavor. Together with leeks, garlic scapes (garlic flowers) and a few other herbs it creates a robust blend that will add classic flavors to any soup, pot of beans, chilis, and stews.
