Herbes de Provence

I'm pretty sure Herbes the Provence is French for half the garden herb blend, probably not true all the way but pretty much, what is 100% true is that this is our go-to blend on the farm for almost any dish. Essential in French and Mediterranean dishes and great with roasted roots, poultry, steak and fish in sauces and marinades. all herbs in this blend are grown, harvested, dried, blended and packaged on our family farm in Laytonville CA.
